How come my HP printer program won't work on my HP Pavillion laptop?

I've tried installing the printer program, and it'll install right, but when it tells me to restart, and i restart, the printer program never appears to detect the printer. I DID stop some functions from running to increase speed up time but idk which one could have disconneccted my computer from detecting the printer. reason could be one of the following





1.if the printer is usb check usb drive is enabled/not


2. check is some thing wrong with usb cable


3.check the printer power supply


4.the program you are installing may not related to the printer you are trying.


5.try on another system if it works check problem with your operating system.
At times HP you will get a glitch when using the printer software and you will need to uninstall and then reinstall





I recommend this procedure for that problem





Add/remove and remove all components for the printer





Now do a complete clean up with the HP level 4 driver removal utility tool





This should end your problem





When done, reinstall the software
