I've already tried cancelling it. It says 'deleting', but it's not going anywhere. I went into control panel to 'delete all documents', but that didn't work either. I even tried going to the printer spool thing, but I couldn't figure that out. I have a Lexmark X4975, if that's of any use.How can I delete a document from my printer queue?

Queue that can’t be cancelled.
If you want to save this for future use.
When at the site, right click the words “Fix this problem”
then click “save target as” and save it to your desktop
or any other area of your preference.
It takes about 30 seconds to do
