How to add a printer to a remote computer so that they can print locally after logging into my server remotely?

I tried to add the printer from my server but it asked for a URL or printer address. All I have is the printer make and model.





Repeat. Remote computer logs into to my office server and remote computer wants to print remotely at their printer in another state. What do I need to do at my server to accomplish this?
