How to detect a printer ';connected to my desktop pc'; from my laptop?

I connected my HP1020 Laserjet printer with my desktop, installed it and it's printing fine. My desktop is connected to internet via ethernet cable. (I have home wireless connection)

I want to print files from my laptop. I have installed the printer in the laptop also. I have clicked on the *share this printer* option on my desktop computer but i don't know what to do next. How do i find that printer on my laptop?
