How do i change my printer status from offline to online I can not print with the offline status?

I have disconnected my printed and tried to add new printer and status stays offline in file box. I have right click my printer and it will say online then but offline in file box I want online all the way.

go to print, then right click on the printer and click use printer offline to take of the check that makes you print offline....hope this helps
Just go to control panel, click on printers and faxes, a window will open showing you all the printers you have or have had. The current printer will have a checked mark. highlight it and right click, you will see printer offline in the box, click it. That will turn the printer online and you can print.
